Access to Andma Portal is FREE for company incorporations.
To maintain your company online via our portal, you may choose to take advantage of our corporate services at a charge of $55.00 per annum. You are under no obligation however and confirming that there is no access charge to our portal for incorporations only.
To obtain access, you simply fill in the form below and a username and password will be emailed to you.
Once you have access, click on "Incorporations" and you can prepare your new Australian Pty Ltd company. With your unique login and password access you are able to save drafts, come back to your work and submit your final application at your convenience.
Once a company is submitted for lodgement, it is processed on our servers and you will receive an email once your application is processed and confirmed, which also contains details of how to make payment. Once payment is made, your company will be finalised within minutes.
