Welcome to membership of Andma Group Corporate Services.
Your membership:
Your membership is an annual membership priced at $55.00 per annum.
Included in the above membership is:
* access to Andma Portal for online access to your company files and registers at any time
* no professional charge for modifications made to your company - such as change of address, directorship or shareholdings
* monitoring and reminders for ASIC requirement dates - such as annual reviews
* use of Andma Group as your registered office - Level 8, 350 Collins Street Melbourne
To make any modifications to your company's details:
As part of our Corporate Services membership, we will prepare required documents for any modifications requested to your company. This may be a change of address for a shareholder, or a new director appointment.
For any modifications, simply email corporateservices@andma.com.au with your requirements and we will prepare the appropriate documents.
Annual Returns & Reviews:
The company's annual return will be received by Andma Group as your ASIC agent and uploaded onto the Andma Portal for your review. We will take care of any required modifications or updates if needed and will also email reminders to ensure payment of the annual ASIC fee is made on time.
Registered Office Service:
The registered office service allows your company to use Andma Group, Level 8, 350 Colllins Street Melbourne Victoria 3000 as its registered office. This ensures that any important documents which are sent to your registered office are received and attended to. Those documents will be forwarded to you via email and regular post to your postal address. An invoice will be rendered quarterly for disbursements only (ie postage stamps) as required.
Note that this is not a "virtual office" service and is intended to ensure good corporate compliance as opposed to providing a place of business for your entity.
