Corporate Secretarial & Registered Office Services
A very popular add-on to our incorporation services is our Andma Corporate Services annual membership. This is an optional annual membership for a fee of $55 per year which has Andma Group act as your registered office and provide Corporate Secretarial Services.
Your registered office will be at a prestigious melbourne address (Andma Group, Level 8, 350 Collins Street Melbourne). Any mail received at our address will be redirected to you at postage charge only - we do not charge any professional fees. Postage will be invoiced to you quarterly.
Also included in this service is our Corporate Secretarial Service. This includes the electronic receipt of your annual ASIC statement and provision to you. Our service also includes the preparation and submission of any standard ASIC notification which may be required. This may include (for example) the resignation of a director, the changing of your place of business or the addition of a new shareholder. Note that our fee does not include any ASIC fees which may be applicable to your submissions of course.
At only $55.00 per annum, our Corporate Secretarial Service is a fantastic addition to your new company to ensure your piece of mind in the good Corporate Management of your new entity.
